OP Manager Installation Guide

System requirements

  • Android / iOS: Install from the official app stores. Minimum OS versions follow each store listing.
  • Windows: Windows 10 / 11.
  • macOS: A recent macOS that can run an unsigned .app (see Gatekeeper notes below).
  • Hardware: Bluetooth on mobile; on desktop, prepare a Bluetooth adapter or serial device as needed. Keep the optical probe battery charged.

Android

  1. Open Google Play.
  2. Search for OP Manager and choose the official publisher listing.
  3. Tap Install and wait until it finishes.

iOS

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Search for OP Manager and choose the official publisher listing.
  3. Tap Get / Install and follow prompts (Apple ID or Face ID / Touch ID may be required).

Windows

Two long-term install channels exist. They are independent install entities (you can install both; one does not replace the other).

  1. Open Microsoft Store.
  2. Search for OP Manager (Store ID: 9NCMZQMHC2WN, publisher ZENOVATE), or open the Microsoft Store listing.
  3. Click Install.

Zip package (offline / enterprise)

  1. Obtain the package from your vendor (file name similar to OP-Manager-windows-v2.1.41.zip).
  2. Extract the archive, then run the desktop app as instructed by your vendor.

Store and zip builds can coexist. Settings and data may not sync between them. When uninstalling or upgrading, confirm which install you are changing.

macOS

  1. Obtain the package from your vendor (file name similar to OP-Manager-macos-v2.1.41.zip).
  2. Extract the .app and drag it into Applications.
  3. First open (Gatekeeper): Current packages are typically not notarized. If macOS blocks opening:
    • Control-click the .appOpen, then confirm; or
    • Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and allow the blocked app.

First launch and permissions

Mobile

  1. Launch OP Manager.
  2. Grant permissions when you first start scanning: typically Bluetooth scan → Bluetooth connect → Bluetooth → Location (Android often needs Location for BLE; iOS may also prompt for Location).
  3. On the home screen, tap to discover devices. See the User Manual for mobile and desktop workflows.

Desktop

There is no mobile-style permission flow. Grant OS prompts the first time you use serial or Bluetooth.
